Recommended Resource Round-Up:
Appreciated by many who have studies the end times for many years, this is one of the best entry-level books available (Though I say “entry-level” I believe that it has many nuggets of truth in store for even long-time students of the End Times). Pawson is a British author and speaker who holds to a post-tribulation, premillennial eschatology. A few years back, he gave a teaching through the entire book of Revelation that I still find helpful to review. You can find it here.
This book comes from the popular “Views” series. It discusses the different ways in which scholars throughout Church history have interpreted the book of revelation. It’s very interesting to read along as these guys present a point-counterpoint to each of their assertions. Not overly technical, but more challenging than Pawson. A definite for those looking to sharpen their own eschatalogical views.
If I had to pick but one commentary on Revelation, this would be the one (it’s not cheating just because there are two volumes!). Sometimes I feel that it’s a toss-up between Mounce and Thomas, but I generally go with Thomas just because there is more material to peruse. Thomas packs a lot in this one, going over all the major interpretations, etc., while taking time to dig deep into the important sections.

Nice alliteration in the heading. Thanks for sharing these. Haven’t read them yet so that’s all I can say for now.
Thought you would like that. And don’t worry, I’ve got them handy.
